The SoftBondŽ impact absorbing surface was laid by Allplay and EcoScapeŽ, working along-side David and his expert makeover team. It was selected for its natural bark like appearance; without the associated maintenance of a loose fill bark.
The EcoScapeŽ range of products, are manufactured from shred taken from recycled solid rubber tyres and colour coated to replicate the natural tones found in our natural environment. They can be seen on the EcoScapeŽ stand C21 at the Saltex show, Windsor Racecourse, September 6-8th.
PLAYFAIR EXHIBITION 21st-22nd JUNE 2011
We are delighted to have recently become a member of the Association of Play Industries (API), allowing EcoScapeŽ to exhibit at the API Playfair exhibition at Stoneleigh Park, Coventry.
The show took place on the 21st-22nd of June, where we were joined with some of the country's leading play equipment companies. Our stand consisted of our Loose rubber mulch, SoftbondŽ and SoftBondŽ+, as well as some of our 'new' bonded rubber landscaping products.
We were lucky enough to have a visit from the World class Olympian, Sally Gunnell. Joking below with our Director of Business Development, David Dury, asking us if we can recycle the many tracks she has run on in her career!
If you were one of the many we had the pleasure of meeting, thank you for visiting our stand.
Regards.... The EcoScapeŽ Team
ECOSCAPEŽ SUPPORT LOCAL SCHOOL - 26th MAY
EcoScapeŽ support local school, Bure Park Primary, through part sponsorship in the provision of their flooring for new outdoor willow theatre.
EcoScapeŽ contributed to the schools official opening of the theatre, by supplying their rubber shred mats to put down under the willow theatre for children to have a comfortable and dry surface to stand and perform on.
Mayor Rose Stratford is pictured with EcoScape's own David Dury & Gary Kidley along with children who participated in dance, singing and arts at the official opening of the outdoor theatre, marking the end of their 2011 art week.
CHELSEA FLOWER SHOW - 24th - 28th MAY
Last week EcoScapeŽ attended the Chelsea Flower Show, having sponsored and been featured on the David Watkinson Sculpture stand. David Watkinson is a talented sculptor, kinetic artist and designer who wanted to work with EcoScapeŽ loose rubber mulch on his stand at the Chelsea Flower Show. David's stand was beautifully laid out, having our Water Mix Loose Rubber Mulch run through it as a path, giving visitors a comfortable walkway to view and admire his great work. Many visitors were amazed that pathway was made from recycled tyres and David commented how well the water mix colours linked with metallic sculptures he had created.
