EcoScape® mulch is made from fork lift tyres, is the rubber metal and fibre free?
The source tyres from which the product is taken, are metal free, some having a small amount of fibre in the central core.
Do I need SoftBond® or Loose rubber mulch?
If your site is in a controlled environment, where the loose product will not get debris dropped into it and you are happy to level out the material in places where it gets displaced, then Loose Rubber Mulch may be the product for you. If you want a bonded product with minimal maintenance that retains it's levels, then SoftBond® is right for you.
Is it wheel chair/bicycle accessible?
Yes! it is easily wheeled onto, over and off!
What size bags does it come in?
SoftBond®, Softbond®+ and Loose Fill shred- 10k bags
EcoBase® - 25k bags
What happens if my child ingests the rubber mulch?
Because of the elongated shape of the shred, it is less likely to be a choking hazard. If this does occur, please seek medical help. In terms of the products make-up, it has been tested and identified with toy safe classification.
How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
The lead times vary depending on order, however typically it takes between 1-2 weeks. The standard delivery time is 3-4 days post despatch. However a next day pre-10am/pre-12am delivery can be arranged upon order.
