Delivery Arrangements

Standard delivery charges to most mainland UK addresses are based on adding £45 + vat (£52.88 including vat) per pallet or part thereof. However some extreme geographical locations may attract a surcharge. In all instances we will agree a fully inclusive cost with you at the time of ordering.

Goods are packed onto 1.2m x 1m pallets and dispatched through the Pallet Force courier network which will normally affect delivery within a 3 day period and a signature will be required before the goods can be left. If you need to make arrangements for someone to be available we can ask the driver to call ahead once it has been routed and advise an estimated time of arrival however no specific guarantees can be given or implied without extra charges being discussed. Our transport supplier can offer a full range of chargeable delivery options including next day, specified day, timed delivery slots and Saturday routines at a surcharge, which once again we will agree with you at the time order if requested.

We expect all delivery vehicles to be equipped with a tail lift or crane for offloading the pallet to the floor. Then a ‘pump truck’ (a 4 wheeled metal jack) will be placed under the goods and manually wheeled from the delivery vehicle as close to your property as is possible. The pump truck can only run on a firm level surface, such as concrete or tarmac and cannot move on gravel, slopes or grass.

If access allows, you may ask the driver to place the goods on your driveway if you have one, however only a kerbside delivery is assured.

Ordering and Payment

We can accept orders by phone, fax, email, or post. Payment can be made by BACS, credit card, debit card, cheque or postal order.
